Sea Buckthorn

Sea buckthorn, deservedly used in medicine, shows itself to the connoisseurs of pálinka as well. The tartish freshness of the fruit is complemented by moderate notes of straw and medicinal herbs. Due to its rich content, the surprisingly fresh flavour of citrus is rounded off nicely into a tannic finish with juniper notes reminiscent of oak barrels, lingering on in a long aftertaste.
